INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF EU REGULATION 679/2016 – GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION
The processing to which the personal data you provide will be subjected is solely intended to allow MONTIGO, the Data Controller, to respond to your request. The legal basis for the processing lies in the need to respond to your request during a pre-contractual phase.
Providing your data is optional; however, failure to provide it may compromise the possibility of responding to your request.
Your data will not be disclosed and may be accessed by our collaborators specifically authorized to process them, and possibly communicated to external parties to whom we entrust activities on our behalf and with whom we enter into agreements to regulate data processing. Your personal data will be processed using methods and procedures – including with the aid of electronic tools – necessary exclusively to achieve the aforementioned purposes.
Your data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to provide a response to your requests.
Privacy regulations (Articles 15-22 of the Regulation) guarantee you the right to access your data at any time, as well as to obtain their rectification and/or integration if they are inaccurate or incomplete, their deletion if processed unlawfully, or the portability of the data you have provided, where processed automatically for the contractual services you have requested, within the limits provided by the Regulation (Art. 20). Privacy regulations also grant you the right to request the restriction of data processing, if the conditions are met, and to object to their processing for reasons related to your particular situation.

Your right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Authority, the Privacy Guarantor, remains unaffected, should you deem it necessary to protect your personal data and your rights in this matter.
